Lunar Eclipses
The lunar eclipse in the early hours of January 31, 2018, was something extra special: a total lunar eclipse during a "super moon" that was also a blue moon, the second full moon of January.

After weeks of planning, the big day had arrived. A total lunar eclipse beginning just after sunset and evolving between Sedona's Courthouse Butte and Bell Rock. But just as things got underway, in rolled a heavy cloud cover. We enjoyed only a couple of breaks in the clouds all evening, but tried to make the most of them. May 15, 2022.
